The “Satisfied or Refunded” formula provides for the replacement of products in the package that do not conform to the description, other than the order. Refund of the amount is made upon simple request of the Customer.
Right of withdrawal.
Pursuant to Art. 5 D. Lgs. 185/1999, regarding distance sales, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason and without explanation.
To exercise this right, the customer must send by registered letter A.R. a notice to that effect, within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the goods.

The goods must then be returned at the Customer’s expense within 10 days from the date of delivery of the goods.
We will refund the full amount paid (excluding shipping costs) after ascertaining the integrity of the goods.
Shipping and tracking.
Shipments are made by express courier using the standard shipping system.
Our courier service does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or national holidays.
Products are carefully packaged by experienced staff in the field. Upon delivery of the package always make sure of any signs of tampering or damage by signing with reservation, any claims will be challenged directly to the carrier.
